Frequently Asked Questions

We accept returns on online orders if the items are unused and not damaged. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return packages must include:

  • Return details: order number, account name, reason for return
  • Items in original packaging/crates and in original condition

If you haven’t received a shipment: 

  • After a crate or order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email from hello@paper-capers.com. You may need to check that these emails are not sent to your Spam folder. 
  • If you don’t receive any e-mail or SMS, please contact us via hello@paper-capers.com
